Trying to help find jobs for minorities

I'm looking for companies who hire minorities. I try and match minorities up with companies whom are hiring; and it's kind of tough these days with unemployment so high and so many companies laying off. Check out what I'm talking about at www.minorityjobs.net!

    MinorityJobs.net is a nice site - lots of career advice and tons of jobs to check out. you can even post your resume for free and it's pretty easy to do, really.
